Dan Kasprzak was born in Niles, Michigan on July 23, 1957. He graduated magna cum laude from Hillsdale College in 1978, and received his juris doctorate from the University of Houston Law Center in 1981. Dan was admitted to practice in Texas in 1981, and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Dan is a member of the Houston Bar Association and the Texas and American Bar Associations. Dan has served as an administrative moderator for the Harris County Alternative Dispute Resolution Program since 1993, and as a faculty member of the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (Southern Regional Deposition Program) since 1991. While his primary area of practice is commercial litigation, Dan has significant trial experience in environmental and toxic tort claims, engineering and construction litigation, products liability and employment defense matters. He has also handled numerous appeals to both the state and federal appellate courts.
