Brad DeLuca was born in Tacoma, Washington on March 19, 1963. He received his B.A. in 1985 from Stephen F. Austin State University and his juris doctorate degree in 1989 from South Texas College of Law where he was a member of Phi Alpha Delta fraternity. Brad was admitted to the Texas bar in 1989 and is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas. He is a member of the Houston Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas. Brad's primary area of practice is commercial litigation, with an emphasis on common carrier/transportation and creditors' rights litigation. Brad has a broad commercial litigation practice that includes the defense of toxic torts. Brad also has experience in class actions, as well as handling appeals to Texas state appellate courts.
