Andrew was born in Boston, Massachusetts on October 15, 1970.  He received his B.M. in Percussion Performance from the University of Cincinnati in 1993 and his juris doctorate from the University of Houston in 2003.  Andrew was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2003.  While at the University of Houston, Andrew was an Articles Editor for the Houston Law Review.  He was also the recipient of the Buck J. Wynne Environmental Law Scholarship.  His practice focuses on commercial litigation.
